Crappy post for crappy nails.
Number of Polishes: None.
Time Spent: None.
So here’s the deal. I started my job, which means I can’t have nail polish. It’s food service. I don’t make the rules. I can’t change the rules. It’s a health concern. I have nothing on my nails, and my nails are nubs.
I’m going to spare you the disgust and not include a picture.
I don’t know where the blog is going. I guess if I don’t have work on a Friday or Saturday, then I’ll do a quick post. If I do have work on a Friday or Saturday, then I can’t do a post. I’m sorry. Fridays and Saturdays are the only times I can do my nails, because my nails, as you know, take time.
And I’m going to be honest with you, my loyal followers. After doing my nails every Friday for… four years, it’s great that my nails finally can breathe, and unstain, and have a vacation. And it’s a great rest on my hands, because nail art takes a lot of detailing, as you see, and my hands do hurt after painting my nails. It’s really does take some handy work (no pun intended).
I’m sorry if this is wordy, and I’m sorry if this isn’t what you wanted. It sucks for me, too. I really hate doing this to all of you, but this is how it goes.
So I guess, thanks for all of the support. I’m not the backbone to this blog. You are. It sounds lame, but if I didn’t have people who cared about this blog, it wouldn’t be here. I’m sorry. I love you. And thank you all so much.
